- When pasta is cooked for 10 minutes by the clock, take them out and add straight to the Arrabbiata sauce.
- Toss them gently a few times. Make sure the pasta is well coated with the sauce.
- Turn off the gas. Transfer the beautiful pasta to a serving dish. Add a dash of Extra virgin olive oil. Sprinkle the parmesan cheese on top with a little bit of parsley. Serve hot.
