- Mix it all and then make small balls. Take oil in a kadai and fry all the balls.
- For gravy. Take 1 onion, tomato, ginger and green chilli in a grinder and churn. Add 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric, 1/4 red chilli powder, salt according to taste, and garam masala.
- Make a gravy of it and then add koptas in it. And it is ready to serve.
