- First take a kadai. Put one glass milk in it and cook for 5min.
- Add whipped cream in it.
- Again cook for 5min..Keep stirring to avoid any lumps.Now add 200gm Nestle milk powder.Again stir and cook for 5min.
- Finally add bura.Now stir till bura melts completely.Now cook on low flame for 15-20min.Switch off the flame and add the kulfi batter to three bowls and add three food colours 6-7 drops each in the three bowls.
- Add badam, kishmish and pista at the bottom in 6 blocks each after cutting them into small pieces.
- Finally fill them with three different coloured batter of kulfi.
- Freeze them for half an hour in freezer.
- Now take the ice tray and put toothpicks at the center of blocks and again freeze them for 7-8 hours.
- Atfer that your colourful and different flavoured kulfi sticks are ready to serve.Take them out of the icetray and put them in the plastic katori and served chill.Enjoy !!!!!
