Instructions to make Peanut Butter Banana  Soufflé:
  1. 1st we need to make Peanut butter, fir that take a cup for roasted peanut and grind till get a coarse powder and the again grind for 30 sec or till you get smooth paste of peanut butter
  2. Grind banana, peanut butter and bread to make a very smooth paste using a blender. Transfer the mixer to a plate and put it in refrigerator to cool and thicken.
  3. Mean while take egg whites in a clean bowl and whisk using a hand blender till you get a stiff peak.
  4. Mean while Grease the ramekin with butter from vertically and sprinkle caster sugar and rotate to line the wall of ramekin.
  5. Now take the banana Peanut mixer and mix 1/3rd of the fluffy egg white to lighten the mixer.
  6. Now fold the rest of the egg white gently without knocking out the air.
  7. Pour the soufflé mixer in the ramekin lined,fill the ramekin till the brim and run you finger around the edge as shown in the image below.
  8. Bake for 15 mins in 185-190 c. and watch the magical rise.
  9. Take out ramekins, sprinkle powdered sugar and enjoy the amazing dessert immediately. I have garnished my Souffle with a peanut Tuile.
