Steps to make Sandwich:
- Capsicum Subji. Take oil in a kadai add mustard seeds hing turmeric powder and sauté it. Then add chopped capsicum chilli powder amchur and salt and cook well and keep aside.
- Take one slice spread peanut butter add chopped banana and top it off with soaked chia seeds. Close it with another slice(optional)
- Second sandwich Take one slice spread butter on it then add capsicum Subji and close with the other bread.
- Note if the bread is fresh no need to toast if it’s not fresh toast it slightly. Mine was fresh so did not toast it.
